I hope you are doing good. I would like to congratulate you for scoring a great percentile . Firslty if you have cleared jee advanced and got provisional letter of getting a seat from IIT delhi then you go through scholarship process.
Getting a scholarship is depend on no. of factors like finanical condition, previous 10+2 academics, jee main percentile, extra circular activities,etc.
I am sharing the link below from which you can check the various no. of scholarship in DELHI (gettting a full funded scholarship becomes difficult because full funded scholarships are very less in number).
