As you mention that you got 91 thousand rank in obc category , this rank is very large . As per previous cut off will not get any nit college .
As iiest is one if the top college of India . There is no chances in iiest .
It is good if you trying for another college .

Frankly speaking if we follow the last few years trend,then the answer is a clear no. And since the cutoffs will increase thisyear since there has been an increase in demand for IIESTs and NITs I don’t think it will be possible for you to take admission in either of these good colleges.
