It all depends on If u belong to delhi region or not.

If yes then U can easily get CS in Both of these college

but if not the it is difficult to get admission in cs in Any of this .

Shutting rank of DTU and NSIT for : (Out_Del-Obc class) : 

Dtu-Cse shutting rank is around 9k.

Nsit-Cse shutting rank is around 8k( All India rank).

So you can get the cs in DTU but last year cutoff of NSIT you cant get cs in it..

If you are from delhi region. You can get Cse in both the colleges. If you are from other than delhi region you can't get this colleges with your rank.                                                                     

But if you go for 2nd round of counselling you may have chances of getting DTU.
