Internet penetration in India, Middle East, Far East, Africa and South America is on the upswing thanks to advances in mobile technologies. Affordable smart phones are encouraging people to connect to the Internet. And protecting half the population of Planet Earth is not an easy task: It will require a giant army of cyber security experts spread across the world.
