If you wish to compare the two options based on the colleges then clearly NIT raipur is much better than NIT srinagar in terms of infrastructure and placements it also has the advantage of a better location and also has better ranking but if you prefer IT branch and are not getting it in any other reputed college then you can go for NIT srinagar.
