For dtu and nsit you need to appear in jee main and full fill the criteria of jee main mentioned below.
Candidates should have obtained a minimum of 75% marks in class 12 or equivalent exam or they must be in the top 20 percentile in their class 12 examination. For SC/ ST, the eligibility is to obtain a minimum of 65% marks in class 12 or equivalent.
As eligibility criteria says you need atleast 65%marks for the same so I'm really sorry to inform you that no you're not eligible for dtu as well as nsit.
