Hey aspirant

Cut off mark for admission to government medical college vary year to year depending on the toughness of exam, number of candidates appeared, number of seats etc. For the above mark getting admission for mbbs in a government medical college will be difficult. When we look to previous year pattern, minimum score a sc candidate should secure to get a government seat is 500+. You have a chance of getting admission in private medical colleges. You will be also having fee reduction in private medical college as you belong to reserved category.
