• Admission to the majority of undergraduate engineering courses is granted on the basis of the score obtained in the higher secondary exam.
• Those seeking admission in postgraduate engineering courses will be judged as per their performance in GATE
• Candidates are selected in BE/ BTech programme on the basis of Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) counselling
• For BArch, candidates are selected on the basis of NATA  score
