Congratulations for your marks.
Jadavpur University is one of the top colleges in West Bengal. With your PMR it's a bit difficult for you to get admission but with your SC rank there are chances that you can get B.PHARM in Jadavpur University. I'm giving the last year cutoff of B.PHARM in Jadavpur University.

Round 2               3695
So, as you can see in Round 1 itself you can get a seat in the college.

Hi ! No, it is quite difficult to get b.pharma in Jadavpur University with your sc rank. It is not impossible at all too. If your luck is good and you wait for last mock round then you may have it. But you have no chance through general category rank. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
