i secured 3717 rank in ts EAMCET after going through the previous cut-off/last ranks its evident that i wouldn't get CSE branch in JNTU,OU, CBIT, VASAVI. but i could get into these with other branch. i can easily get into VNR with CSE. kindly suggest me your take on this.

Hai ,

First of all congratulations on your success. It depends on your field of interest to choose college vs branch, if you are so keen towards CSE branch you can go for it as VNR college is also a good reputed college. If you concerned about top institution JNTu would be better choice
