Hi!

Both universities are good for distance learning as both IGNOU and DU are reputed Indian universities.

In my opinion, I would say that you should choose IGNOU as it has following features:

1. IGNOU study centres are located all over the country.
2. IGNOU is a well-known university across Asia. DU is a reputed university too but mainly for its regular courses and certain colleges.
3. The fees is low and courses are affordable.
4. Both IGNOU has variety of courses at all levels.
5. The standard of evaluation is higher in IGNOU. Although it is easier to score well in DU SOL, but once you're a part of DU you'll know the level of the examination and evaluation.
6. The study centres are easy to locate and you need not be a resident of Delhi to study.

Hope it helps!
