So The cutoff at DU for honors ranges from 95% to 99.5%. However, these percentage changes with respect to categories(General,OBC,SC,ST,UR,EWS etc.)

For IGNOU, the last year trends go this way:

Scheduled Caste              60-54

Scheduled Tribe               53-52
