hi,

see radiology professionals may work in diagonostics center and hospitals , current treatment system of cancer, orthopedics like health problem needs radio therapy for betterment of patient. however at this case vocation course or bsc course in radiology and work experience or internship experience is vital to get a job in india. however if you want to make a better career and also want to do research work abroad is best. different countries has different policy for visa and work permit. however some of the countries like australia, canada you have to study in the institute of the respective country , get degree/ masters course  on the particular stream to become eligible to apply for job.
