No. Delhi School of Journalism is under the University of Delhi since 2017. Although it does not offer BJMC. It offers a 5-year integrated program in which students can opt out after 3rd year with a   Degree of Bachelors in Journalism. Online registration for the admission in Delhi School of Journalism will commence from the 3-4th week of August(probably). For BJMC, you can opt for IP university where the selection is based on the entrance exam.

BJMC and B.A. Hons in Journalism or Mass Media are two different courses offered in two different unversities. If you want to pursue BJMC as your feild of graduation, you hae to go for IP University where selection is based on entrance exam and counselling session.

University of Delhi doesn't offer bjmc course. You can go for BMS in Delhi University. Bjmc is available in IP University for which you need to appear for an entrance.
