Yes, Delhi University offers BTech but not BTech computer science it offers only B.Tech. Information Technology and Mathematical Innovations.

Also,

you cannot get admission in Delhi University in B tech on the basis of marks or percentage obtained in 12th board examination

This is because,

admission is completely on the basis of rank in  DUET i. e Delhi University entrance test.

Here's the eligibility criteria for DUET

*Qualifying Examination:- you must qualify 10+2 or equivalent

*Marks marks required:- you need to get at least 60% marks in your 12th board examination or equivalent in best of the four subjects including maths

The duration of DUET is 2 hours and the application form of DUET has not been released yet. It will be released in  online mode soon on its official website du.ac.in
