Its nothing that you cannot study as freely as other students its all the dedication you give to your life while its really very appreciative course you do with integrated as you will have scope in various companies on the other hand you ll even has diversity of job opportunities as well.while comes cut off if you fail to get that cut off then you have options to take management admission while if  you can better cutt try for normal btech
