JEE Mains is an annual exam that is conducted by the National Testing Agency and the CBSE for admissions to undergraduate engineering courses in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs and other institutes. It also serves as the first stage for admission to IITs through JEE Advanced.

EWS is a new category that has been created by the MHRD for economically weaker sections. 10% seats will be reserved for those candidates whose annual family income is less than INR 8 lakh per annum.

As for your question, Joint Admission Counseling (JAC) Delhi takes admission for its member colleges - DTU, NSIT, IIIT Delhi and IGNOW through JEE Mains. In order to get admission to these colleges, you only need to fill the form of JAC Delhi, there is no need to fill forms of colleges seperately.
