Yes there will be a second round counselling in IPU for Paramedical.

With your rank, you have a good chance of getting a seat. Cutoffs vary every year due to the no of seats available, demand of the college and the course, category, no of students appearing for the exam and counselling, paper difficulty level etc.

So try your luck. I would suggest you to apply for further counselling even if you don't get a seat in the second round. Hope for the best.
