Hello aspirant,

First of all Ece and it branches are not comparable with each other. If you have slight liking for Ece then go for nit durgapur but if branch isn't a matter then definitely go for iiest shibpur. It placements are very good in iiest as well as nirf ranking of iiest is better than nit durgapur.
