IISC is the clear choice if you wish to take up science and you want the best. Obviously there are many options that you must be knowing. But if you are preparing well and you can see that you have a potential of getting a rank within 500 then your target should be IISC.

Colleges like IISER take students upto rank of 7000-8000. Similarly, you can find a college offering pure science in all rank ranges. Rest depends on your choice.
