If you talk in terms of colleges I would say rvce is better but when you talk in terms of branches I would say ECE is better
When it comes to placements ,ECE  in msrit would be a better option.

Hello,
It depends on your interest to choose a particular branch.
According to Colllege rankings,
RVCE is better than the two followed by BMSCE and MSRIT.
I think ECE from MSRIT will be best option.
