Hello

Mechanical at UIET chandigarh is more worth than ECE at CCET since CCET is a private college and in comparison UIET is much better also you get much better placements at UIET than CCET chandigarh.

You can always change your domains if you want to after 1 year at UIET by getting a good score.

First of all CCET is not private and only purely Government Engineering college in the region. It is governed by Chandigarh Administration. Both colleges students get the same degree from PU and have the similar campus placements. Most of the companies coming for placements are common. Decision is yours.
