With this rank, you will not be able to get IT in DTU because the closing rank from previous years has been below 15000 for students of Delhi region and for Outside Delhi region, it has been below 8000.

The same is the case with NSIT. For candidates from the Delhi region, the closing rank after the 6th round has been below 15000 and for Outside Delhi candidates, it has been below 5000.

There are a lot of criterias like if you are from Delhi Region or not, which category  you belong to.

Assuming you are from Delhi region and are from general category it seems unlikely that you can get a seat in IT field.

But you can get a seat in electrical.
