Your rank is not enough for you to get any branch in DTU. But you can try for the admission process in DTU. You can get branches like ENE or biotech till the spot round or special round. But you will not be able to get any core branches like CE, EE ,ME etc. You have to register online at jac delhi to get admission in DTU.
It will end at 18 th June. But you should not hope much for admission because your rank is very low to get admission. I will advise you to drop a year and try again later this year in jee mains exam and practice for the exam hardly so that you should get good branch next year.
