Hi ! Yes, with this rank in gate you can easily earn a seat in JNTUH. This is a very good rank to get a seat in JNTUH. Ou is much easier to get because you will get it in very early round. In case of JNTUH it is middle round for you to get. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
