My marks in jee main 2019 was 108 and sc category hs rank was 4543 with 90.57 percentile will i get cse in nit durgapur or in iiest shibpur?

Hi there with this percentile your probability to get nit durgapur is less. As per previous year cutoff for cs for sc Category it was (open ranking-954 and closing ranking-1367) . And for iiest shibpur for home state cutoff for cs branch  was 903 as closing ranking.
