Hello Aryan Jha. I study in Delhi Technological University, so I feel I would be able to help you in this regard. 

Now, the candidates seeking admission to the B. Tech lateral entry programmes should possess a state diploma of three years in any branch of engineering or equivalent examination from a DTU recognised university. The candidate should have secured a minimum of 60% (50-55% for SC/ST) marks in all semesters aggregate.

I would obviously prefer DTU. It is one of the best colleges in Delhi-NCR and is quite affordable as well. I don't understand why you would leave a good college and go to GGSIPU.

Please don't make such a decision and leave this golden opportunity to cry upon.
