Well you ask a good question there. It actually depends on what your priorities are.. department or college.

As far as reputation of colleges is concerned, NIT Warangal or Suratkal has a higher reputation as compared to NIT Silchar. On the other hand, if you have a genuine interest in Computer Science, then college should not be a concern.
