For chemistry, do not forget to by heart NCERT. Specially for Inorganic chemistry.

For maths I would recommend TMH, as it contains solved examples as well as questions for practice.

For physics, hc Verma is good for a start, but you'd be better off if you practice using Arihant books.

Dear Jitu,

To crack these entrance exam it is very important that you should have good hold on the basics. 

Your concepts should be clear. You can take help of NCERT books.

Apart, from NCERT you can refer below book

Physics

HC Verma

Mathematics

RD Sharma

Chemistry

OP Tandon

 

It is recommended that you should solve previous year papers for each entrance exam to get the idea about the exam pattern and level of the questions asked in the exam.
