666 is a good score in neet if you wish to apply in mamc, because as per their last year record 586 was their cutoff for general quota.
for vmmc their last years cutoff was 560 which is probably to rise till 640, however as per your score you dont need to worry for the same.Keep a sight to their official sites to be updated aswell.
