You have indicated a score of 84, which is very good for admission to most colleges on merit basis; even if you meant it to be percentile then also it is a good achievement.

Government aided colleges have to set aside 5% of their seats for disability students. Hence you can filter your choice of colleges into two segments and find out from each segment, which has a more favorable atmosphere for disabled students. You will have to speak to the short listed colleges or visit some of them to know at first hand; hence it is important to short list first.
