Since you haven't mentioned your rank , it's difficult to say whether you would get admission into KIET college into CSE branch. Usually for getting into CSE branch for any college ,you need a very good rank. Also, if you have State quota or domicile then it's more than good. Since for State quota students are preferred firstly and then other states students get preference.

If you have a good rank, then you can get CSE even from being an OBC category candidate.

But, since only 2seats are left as you  have mentioned above, so preference would be given mostly to a candidate with UP domicile or state quota student with having a very high good rank.
