With this rank it will be difficult for you to get a seat in the earlier rounds of counselling in IET Lucknow. Even in the later rounds of counselling if you are able to get a seat in IET even then getting CS or IT will still be very difficult. Although you can try in spot round where you might have a chance of getting a seat of your preference. Hope this helps.
