Generally, many people prefer courses such as Electronics and communication engineering, Computer science and engineering, Information technology and other core branches here. But, it's all about your interests and aspirations for your future and follow your interests and let no one stop you. So, take time and choose the best course.

The best Engineering course to study in SASTRA university is Mechanical engineering to be exact but as you have not mentioned that in your list so the second best course to to is CSE and then ECE. If you are just looking to enjoy the college life and a job at TCS companies,  you can go for IT. From my point of view,  I would suggest that go for CSE as that has the best placement options. Regarding the integrated program,  I have not heard good things about it so I wont suggest it either
