Following are the list of documents/certificates to be carried at the time of IPU MBBS/BDS 2019 counselling.

• NEET2019 scorecard
• NEET admit card
• Recent passport size photograph
• Demand Draft of Rs. 28,500 (including Rs. 1000 non-refundable)
• Self-attested copy of the following documents:Aadhaar card,Class 10 mark sheet, Class 12 pass certificate, Character certificate issued by the principal of the school last attended or any gazetted officer, Scheduled caste/Scheduled tribe certificate, if applicable, Father’s SC/ST certificate, if applicable, Persons with Disability (PwD) certificate, if applicable, OBC certificate, if applicable, Non-Creamy Layer certificate, if applicable, OCI card, if applicable
• Certificate from the Principal of the school on prescribed proforma:

1. School is situated within National Capital Territory of Delhi,
2. School is recognised by CBSE/Council of Indian School Certificate/Jamia Milia Islamia
3. School is conducting regular classes
4. Applicant has attended regular classes in the school for Class 11 and 12
