From the year 2016, after the commencement of NEET there is no other entrance examination which you can give if you are planning to pursue a career in medical field. Except for JIPMER and AIIMS, all other colleges in India take admission and conducts counselling for its MBBS seats only based upon NEET ALL INDIA RANK. So, if you want to get admitted in any medical college in India, you need to give NEET, AIIMS or JIPMER. Hope this helps. ALL THE BEST
