And avg package is 7lpa

You really have chances to get a high package but the thing is you have work hard there!!

The highest salary package at IIEST Shibpur is around 22 lpa and average is around 7 to 8 lpa. I don't know whether this is high for your expectations or not. The package that you can get depends on your course also.If you're studying CSE, you may get a high package and other courses may not get you such a high package. If you work hard and well, you can get placed in a good company with a good salary.
