what is the cutoff mark for OC boys to get admission in IIT-D, IIT-K..to get CSE and Mech

For general category, it was around 790 in CSE and in Mechanical it was 750 for IIT D last year.

In IIT K, last year it was 822 for ME Solid Mechanics & Design(SMD) and for CSE it was 732.
