University have their own eligibility criteria. As you have asked for the eligibility criteria for BSC computer science or BTech computer science so the basic criteria for but these courses you  must have completed or must be appearing in 12th . While if you want to take admission in Delhi University for BSC computer science then you must have 95% above marks to get admission in du .
