As the cut off depends on many factors like which branch you want, college and your category but generally 90 marks will be required to get into a lower iiit, further it may vary on your choice.

The cutoff depends on branch, category and which IIIT you want to join. But minimum marks for top IIIT'S the marks would be 150, and for the lower IIT'S the marks would be 120.
