What ever you will choose they are best.
.
But if you are still wanti a best colleges among all the good colleges,
Then go for Punjab university it is best
Punjab university comes under 10 best colleges for LAW.
.
So,if you want best then choose Punjab or else you can go for any of it,they all are good.

Dear aspirant , out of the institutes mentioned by you, Punjab University is the best for llb as it is a government institute and after that will be punjabi university followed by rayat bahara, lpu and chandigarh university.
