Hello goliarunadevi,
CSE at NIT Dehli is the better than option than metallurgy and material science engineering in IIT Bhuvaneswar. CSE at NIT Dehli have more scope to get high paid salary job. If you have more interest in metallurgy and material science engineering then go ahead with that course. Otherwise go with CSE at NIT Dehli.
