The top to bottom order of highest to lowest order of the above mentioned colleges are as follows.
1.DELHI TECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITY.
2.NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY,KURUKSHETRA.
3.NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY,JALANDHAR.
4.PUNJAB ENGINEERING  COLLEGE.
The above ordering of the colleges are as oer their ratings in the recent years.
