Your rank is quite good for getting admission in DTU but possibility of getting computer science branch is less.last year cut off for cs branch is around 9400, so you can wait for the spot round if you are lucky enough then sure you can get cs .

Other than cs  you can get any branch of your choice in DTU ,like civil engineering, information technology, mechanical engineering,etc.hope this will helpful.
