Dear Rahim, to be eligible for Delhi Institutional Quota, a student should have studied 11th and 12th in Delhi or hold domicile of Delhi. Studying B.Sc from a DU College cannot hold him/her eligible for DU Institutional quota. The eligibility criteria for NEET is 10+2. And beyond that what a student studies holds minimal value.
