ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION

The minimum eligibility for seeking admission is as follows:

i.A five-year integrated law degree or a three-year law degree, or an equivalent examination degree with a minimum of fifty percent (50%) marks or its equivalent grade in the case of candidates belonging to General/OBC/ PWD categories and forty-five percent (45%) marks or its equivalent grade in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.

ii. The admission shall be based exclusively on the performance of the candidate in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT).

i.Candidates appearing in their final semester examination of the qualifying examination or awaiting results of the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply. Such candidates who are appearing in the undergraduate course will be provisionally admitted, subject to the submission of a pass result fulfilling the conditions for the undergraduate qualifying degree, at the time of counselling or any other date as specified by the university.
