NLU Sonipat Courses and Fees 2025-2026

Dr BR Ambedkar National Law University courses include full-time undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level courses. DBRANLU courses are offered in the stream of Law. Candidates must meet the NLU Sonipat eligibility criteria before applying for admissions.

• NLU Sonipat course admissions are offered to BA LLB (Hons), LLM, PG Diploma in Corporate Law and PhD in Law programmes.
• For BA LLB (Hons), candidates must have 10+2 with 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) and a valid CLAT score to satisfy the NLU Sonipat LLB course eligibility criteria.
• DBRANLU Course Eligibility: A minimum of 50% in LLB/BA LLB and CLAT PG score is required for LLM; for PGD Corporate Law, a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) is needed; a master’s in Law with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST) along with UGC NET/JRF or University Entrance Test is the minimum requirement to move further with the NLU Sonipat PhD admission process.
• The total NLU Sonipat fees for 5 years of BA LLB (Hons) is approximately Rs 6.5 lakhs, excluding hostel and mess charges. 
• For first-year students, the NLU Sonipat LLM fees is Rs 1,05,000 per semester (Rs 2.10 lakhs for the full programme).
• DBRANLU Fee Structure for Hostel: Rent is Rs 40,000 per year (double occupancy); Rs 55,000 per year (single occupancy); AC rent is Rs 20,000 (Rs 10,000 for double occupancy); mess charges are Rs 30,000 per year.
• NLU Sonipat fee payment must be completed online before the start of each semester.
• Students can also check NLU Sonipat vacant seats 2025-2026 during CLAT counselling rounds.

Admission to NLU Sonipat BA LLB course is offered based on a valid score in the CLAT entrance exam followed by counselling. However, NLU Sonipat PGD admissions are done on the basis of merit in the previous qualifying examinations.
