Ambedkar University Delhi: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Bharat Ratna Dr BR Ambedkar University (AUD), Delhi was established in the year 2008 through an Act of Legislature. Courses at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels are offered by Ambedkar University. Admission to the courses will be done on the basis of the marks scored in the entrance examinations. Candidates have to meet the cutoff and register for the counselling process. The training and Placement Cell of Ambedkar University also provides placement opportunities to the students. AUD is a National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) accredited university. Needy and meritorious students can avail the scholarships offered by Ambedkar University.

Ambedkar University Courses

The university offers a total of 54 courses at the UG, PG and doctoral levels. B.A, B.A (Hons) and B.Voc are the undergraduate courses while M.A, M.B.A, M.Phil and M.Des are the postgraduate courses. Dr BR Ambedkar University, Delhi offers Ph.D courses at the doctoral level. The duration of the courses varies from 2 years to 6 years.

Ambedkar University Admissions

Students who want to apply for admission at the Dr BR Ambedkar University, Delhi need to fulfill the eligibility criteria. Eligible students can apply by filling the application form. Admission to Ambedkar University will be done on the basis of the marks secured in CUET and CUET PG for undergraduate and postgraduate courses respectively. AUD main campus is AUD Kashmere Gate Campus Lothian Road, Kashmere Gate, Delhi. AUD is well connected by all three means of transport. It is 26.5 km away from Gurgaon Railway Station and 1.4 km away from K.P. Bus Depot is. Indira Gandhi International Airport is 19.2 km away and takes around 40 minutes to reach Bharat Ratna Dr. BR Ambedkar University, Delhi from the airport.
