ICFAI University, Sikkim Facilities

ICFAI University Sikkim has various facilities on the campus for its students. The campus covers a total of 23.47 acres in two locations, with the main campus in Gangtok spread over an area of 6.54 acres with all modern facilities. Wi-Fi is available across the entire campus. ICFAI University Sikkim facilities and infrastructure include well-equipped classrooms with the most up-to-date audio-visual facilities, and it has an LCD projector.

The university is well equipped with a fire-fighting system, as well as water harvesting and a modern filtration system. Other ICFAI University Sikkim facilities and infrastructure include an English language lab, an IT lab, and an auditorium. ICFAI University Sikkim facilities also include a library, laboratory & computer centre, hostels, transport facilities, sports and recreational facilities for its students.

Library
The University has a well-stocked library which is being augmented regularly with books, periodicals, journals, magazines, and other publications. Students have access to the finest collection of contemporary books and journals that supplement the prescribed reference books and textbooks.
Wifi
The University has 100 mbps Wi-Fi connectivity on the campus for students and Faculty members. A well-equipped Research Centre with computing facilities and a separate dedicated 45 mbps line for accessing online resources is made available
I.T Infrastructure
The University is equipped with the necessary latest hardware and software infrastructure to cater to the computing needs of all students and faculty and the training needs of information technology-related courses. It is equipped with servers and multiple terminals with multiple operating systems enabling a client-server environment. High bandwidth internet connectivity is provided to both the students and the faculty to help them in their continuous search for knowledge with the help of world-wide-web.
Sports
The University has Indoor and outdoor equipment for sports and recreation available on the campus. A common room with table tennis, carrom boards, and chess boards is also available. On the campus, there is a badminton court, a futsal field, and a volleyball ground. These activities encourage students to live a healthy lifestyle while also enhancing their leadership and teamwork skills.
Transport Facility
The University has offered bus services for students and staff members in order to ensure that university activities run smoothly on schedule.
Alumni Associations
The University has established an Alumni Society. All students are required to seek membership in society. The provisional membership in the alumni body entitles the students to participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, and local chapter activities organized by the society.
Boys Hostel
The University provides separate hostel facilities to boys. The boys’ hostel is located away from the campus. The university provides transportation facilities to the students from the hostel to the campus.
Girls Hostel
The University of Sikkim offers comprehensive hostel facilities for girls. The hostel is managed by a female hostel warden and is 24 hrs secured by female security personnel. All rooms have an attached bathroom, wardrobe, and study table/ chair. The common room cum mess is equipped with a sofa, cable TV, and a refrigerator.
Cafeteria
The University has a canteen that serves nutritious and healthy food for its staff and students
Medical/Hospital
The University sick room with basic first-aid facilities. Dr. Archana Chettri, Clinical Psychologist of the Sikkim State Government Hospital visits the University every month to interact with students and for counselling purpose.
Laboratories
The University has a very well-equipped BHM production lab for practical classes.
Auditorium
The University has a top-notch auditorium with audio-visual facilities with a seating capacity of 120 persons.
Smart Classrooms
The University also provides smart classroom facilities for all the students.
Training and Placement Cell
The University also provides Training and Placement opportunities for all the students.
Extra Curricular Activities
The University also encourages students to participate in extracurricular activities.
Workshops
The University also provides workshop facilities for all the students.

1) YES , MY COLLEGE HAVE GOOD INFRASTRUCTURE AND VERY GOOD FACILITIES AND FACULTY . 2) THE FACILITIES ARE TO GOOD , PROVINDING WIFI CONNECTION AND IT ROOM AND LIBARAY AND SMART BOARDS WHICH US TO PROVIDE OUR PPT OR PRESENTATION. 3) OFCOURSE, FOR EXAMPLE OUR GIRLS TOILET .

College Infrastructure

Wi-Fi available,Computer Labs available,Good maintained Classrooms,Hygienic and well clean floors,Library is there so you get every book you want.Canteen is available there were many dishes you can order according to your taste.Medical facilities for minor injuries is available in the campus like first aid box handyplast etc.for minor stitches.Indoor sports accessories were also available but for games like cricket or football you need to play outside the campus.it also provides the sick room..
