Application Details

You have to fill and submit a detailed application form to enrol in the Healthcare Leadership programme by IIHMR. The online form has seven steps. The first one needs you to enter the programme and personal details. These include your name, title, email, date of birth and phone number. You also need to specify your programme preferences, nationality and gender.

In the second step, you must enter address details, including state, city, district, country, address line and pin code. Also, provide an address of communication (if any). The next step of the Healthcare Leadership application form requires your academic details. Enter the details of your postgraduation/diploma and under-graduation to continue.

Moving on to the fourth step, you must provide your work experience details. Then, upload your recent passport-sized photo, Aadhaar card copy and any other document you want to share. In the sixth step, you must tick the checkbox for declaration and click ‘Continue’. Finally, you will reach the payments step. Now, you just need to pay the registration fee to apply for the Healthcare Leadership online course.
